The Board of the Friends of Cyprus invites you to come spend a few hours enjoying the company of friends and the satisfaction of volunteering for the greater Houston community on Saturday, May 10th from 1-4pm. The event will be held at Houston Food Bank.

Houston Food Bank feeds residents in 18 Texas counties through 1,600 community partners.  In 2024, Houston Food Bank provided 140 million nutritious meals to the community. Houston Food Bank is located in northeast Houston at 535 Portwall Street, Houston, TX 77029.

There is no fee to register, and food and beverages will be provided on site by the Friends of Cyprus for all who attend. We look forward to an afternoon to remember this coming May 10th.

Following the event, volunteers are invited to Saint Arnold’s Brewery to raise a beverage of your choice or enjoy a tasty bite.  Saint Arnold’s Brewery is located just 11 minutes from the Houston Food Bank.
